Problems logging in?

Unable to log in?

 

Check your email address

  • Double check you’ve entered it correctly. This will be the address you used to set up your policy. We find that some of our customers use a different email address on comparison sites, so if you need to change your email address this is covered in the steps below.

 

  • When you request a login link we send it by email. If you can’t see it, wait a few minutes and check your spam folder

 

  • If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes try the ‘Resend link’ button which appears on the login page after entering your email address

 

If you’re still having trouble logging in

 

Step 1 Select the ‘Log in to your Account’ button below and then choose ‘Need help?’ at the top right-hand side of the page. This will open a chat with our Virtual Assistant.

 

Step 2 You’ll see a request to ‘Log in’ but don’t do anything yet. Wait a moment and you’ll be asked to continue with the Virtual Assistant. Select ‘Yes’ and enter your policy information.

 

Step 3 Choose the option you need from the menu. If you need to change your email address, select ‘Change Email Address’. If your email is up to date, select ‘Problems Logging In’ or ‘Something Else’ and type ‘Can I talk to an agent’. We’ll then connect you to someone who can help.
