How do I make a change to my policy?
To make a change to your policy, just log in to your Account and choose 'make a change'. Alternatively, you can chat to one of our specialists by choosing ‘Need Help’ option on our website. We're available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-2pm.
Please note, changing your policy may increase or decrease your premium. If your change results in an increase, the change will not be complete until payment has been made.
