Remember that to be fully covered the name on your policy needs to match your driving licence (and it’s the same for any named drivers – their name on the policy must match their driving licence). You can also change these details for your named drivers

What you can change
You can make these changes yourself in your Account:
- Your title, surname and marital status
- The number of cars or children in your household
You need to contact us via live chat to change or update:
- Your occupation
- Your first name
- Your contact phone number
- Any claims or convictions
There may be a higher admin fee to pay for making changes with an agent.
How to make the change
Step 1 Log in to your Account using the button below and select your policy
Step 2 Choose ‘Make a change’, then ‘Your details’
Step 3 Enter the required details
You’ll then be able to accept the change and be covered straight away. There may be an additional cost as well as an admin fee to pay.
