How do I log in?
Overview
To log in or activate your Account using the button below, click 'log in' and enter the email address you used to set up your policy. You'll then receive a link (you may need to check your spam/junk folder). If you don't receive an email, or if you need help logging in or activating your Account, you'll find 'help logging in' in the help menu.

How do I change my email address?
The quickest and easiest way to change the email address on your policy is with our Virtual Assistant.
Just go to our website and choose ‘Need help?’ Tell us your policy number and answer some security questions, then choose ‘change email address’ and we’ll process your request and send confirmation to your old and new email address.
You can contact us by using the log in button below, logging in to your Account, then selecting ‘Need Help?’ We're available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-2pm.
If you’re unable to log in, click on the button below and then choose ‘Need help?’ at the top right-hand side of the page.
